Mundomedis completes acquisition of Insightra Medical India Pvt Ltd, Goa India (IIPL).
Mundomedis has completed the acquisition of IIPL as part of its overall acquisition of the Insightra assets through Tennessee Medical innovations Inc.
IIPL will be relocated from Goa to Mumbai. Kai Trompeter, CEO of Mundomedis explains “IIPL is a very vital piece to our future growth strategy, especially in our main business field of Cardiology. We will continue to build on the current infrastructure and distribution platform of IIPL and plan to double our market size in India over the next 3 years.” IIPL has been founded 2011 and has developed a strong market position in the Cardiology field in India.
