Mundomedis acquires 80% of the total outstanding shares of MD Schmidt Sdn Bhd, Kuala Lumpur Malaysia from Syno Medical.
MD Schmidt is a regional medical device distribution and marketing company especially focused in the field of cardiology with a regional focus on the ASEAN countries.
